Our Comprehensive Offerings
Free Consultation
Engage in an introductory consultation to interview your provider. This 15-minute session is designed to ensure a good fit. This opportunity is not required to request your first therapy session.
Initial Therapy Session
The initial therapy session will include a review of intake and/or assessment documentation. Documents might include a brief questionnaire, informed consent, GAD-7 assessment for anxiety, and PHQ-9 assessment for depression. This session will typically last 15-30 minutes longer than subsequent therapy sessions.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions
Experience compassionate, expert guidance tailored to fit your needs. Ongoing therapy focuses on providing emotional support and coping strategies to help you achieve your goals. Routine 60-min sessions can be scheduled based on your needs to support your goals.
